All personal data is processed by the Personal Data Administrator which is Vola Residence Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Kasprzaka 31/103, 01-234 Warsaw, NIP 123-131-99-20., in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the (UE) Council 2016/679 from 27th of April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the Directive 95/46/WE (GDPR compliance), fully recognizes and respects the rights of users and customers to privacy and personal data protection.

Vola Residence Sp. z o.o. does not disclose guests’ personal data to third parties and undertakes not to revoke this rule at any time in the future.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data obtained by Vola Residence is the contract for the provision of hotel services. The purpose of the processing of such data is to provide hotel services or other similar services at the customer’s request.

 Vola Residence informs the providing personal data is a voluntary, but necessary requirement. Failure to provide personal data makes it impossible to conclude a contract with the hotel, which means that it is impossible to issue a VAT invoice.

Vola Residence informs that every guest has the right to access their personal data. To rectify, delete, limit, process, transfer data and object to its processing. Vola Residence furthermore informs that consent may be withdrawn at any time. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing that took place before its withdrawal.

Guests’ personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to perform the contract for the provision of services and then for a maximum of 5 years in order to document the performance of the service, fulfilment of the obligations arising from legal provisions, in particular tax and accounting provisions. In connection with possible need to defend against claims and for statistical and archiving purposes.
